The personal information provided when placing an order is needed to complete the order.
The information to used to verify a person's identity. This information is used to process
credit card information. The information is also used to process and ship the order, and
to track orders when needed. Information is not shared with outside parties except for
delivery service companies, credit card processing agencies and banks, and other companies
as required by law. The information may be shared with firms including accountants, lawyers,
government agencies and other parties as may be required by law. The information may be used
by contracted warehouses and freight lines necessary to fulfill the order in a timely manner.

or other like organizations. The TH Audio website checkout process saves customer data
only for the purposes of 1) shipping an order to the correct address, 2) saving email addresses
so that customers can be notified when their orders ship, and 3) associating customer names
with orders to demonstrate legitimate sales as may be required by State and/or Federal
tax boards. At no time is a customer required to 'log in' and provide personal information
for a persistent TH Audio customer account.
