TH Audio online transactions are handled by PayPal Merchant Services. They are nice enough
to let me show the emblem above on this website.
|
|

The TH Audio website does not make use of customer accounts. That's why you won't have to
go through the inconvenience of logging in when you buy something here. On the other hand,
that's also why you will have to go through the (slight) invconvenience of entering your
billing, shipping, and purchase information for a repeat purchase.

TH Audio has to retain certain information for legal and pragmatic purposes. In the case
of a credit card or ATM purchase, TH Audio holds onto your billing and shipping address(es),
your email address, and your phone number, as part of an order record, along with what you
ordered. In the case of Paypal Express, your shipping address, your name, and your email
address are retained with the order record. In either case, what you purchased, and the
shipping and tax you paid, are also retained with the order record.

Although the TH Audio website must handle payment information like credit card numbers or
PayPal buyer IDs are handled at the time payment is processed (over SSL encryption), that
information is not stored anywhere accessible to TH Audio. So, after you've made a purchase,
I could tell you whether you paid via PayPal or a credit/ATM card and where I'll be sending
the package, but I wouldn't be able to read back your account number, or your CSC code, or
your PayPal ID if I wanted to (and I don't).

At present, TH Audio products are not carried by any brick-and-mortar or online dealers.
In the near future, TH Audio products may be appearing in smaller stores in the California
Bay Area.

I try to be vigilant about keeping this site updated with regards to what I've got
available, what's sold out, what isn't ready yet, and what should be available soon. Mostly
I build to order. Under normal circumstances, the turnaround time is about three days. I work
(more than) full-time at another job and and I make TH Audio things at night in my spare time.
If I have to suspend production temporarily for some reason, I will try to keep this site
updated accordingly.

I have to say that the appearance and physical layout of individual TH Audio units may
vary slightly, depending on availability of parts and componentss, necessary revisions,
and the like. Also, since the silkscreening is a manual process, there may be slight
differences in the appearance of the graphics from unit to unit.

For good measure, assume that I'll ship anywhere from 48 hours to a week after you order.
If I'm waiting on enclosures or parts, there might be a delay. If you want to know if I've
got something in stock, email me at th@thaudio.com before you make a purchase.

I ship UPS or USPS. I have to charge for shipping because I'd lose my shirt otherwise.
|

If you live in California, I will have to charge you sales tax, because I live
in California, and California is very enthusiastic about
collecting taxes.
|
|
|
All units will be shipped with appropriate packaging, which is usually a bubble-wrap bag
in a cardboard box and any attendant literature and documentation, all snuggled safely
in a larger box with appropriate padding. Any documentation you don't get with the
shipped unit is probably available on the website.

72-hour approval. If you don't like it, send it back within 72 hours for a refund. HOWEVER,
when I get it back, if I see any sort of damage that I know wasn't there when I shipped it -
dents, scratches, broken or missing components, tire tracks, or the like - I will charge you
a 20% restocking fee.

If you're outside the United States, returns could be problematic because of shipping cost
and time. We'll have to discuss that beforehand.

Basically, if it breaks down and it shouldn't have, send it to me and I will try to
fix it. However, if I see damage that obviously resulted from abuse or misuse, or evidence
of disassembly or modification, I won't fix it.

You may have noticed that I don't list a phone number anywhere on this site. That's because
I'm just one guy with no employees and limited resources. The best way to get ahold of me

please understand that there may be delays, for reasons I've stated above.
