Hello and thank you for visiting the TH Audio website. I'm T. Hallenbeck and this is
my popsicle stand.

I've been a musician all my life, and I've always been kind of a nerd too. Since high
school, I've played guitar, bass, cello, mountain dulcimer, and mandocello in various
bands, including Harm Farm, Crank, Thread, Divasonic, and The Levins. Over the years,
I've done a lot of performing and recording, and I've always enjoyed tinkering with
hardware. In mid-2008, I put together a headphone amp with an extra input so that I
could play bass along with Deep Purple albums at night without bothering my neighbors.
At first, I thought that was going to be it. Riiiiight. In mid-2010, I started TH Audio
after several months of experimentation with audio circuits.

I am committed to providing high-quality, reasonably-priced, handmade effects pedals,
signal routers, and other portable audio devices. Each unit is wired, assembled, and
tested by hand in Oakland, California, United States of America. In my basement.
Mostly at night. Sometimes during the day.

Since I work (more than) full time at another job, I build TH Audio units whenever
I have time. I will keep this website updated with stock on hand, revisions, new
products, and so on.

I started playing cello not so well in the fourth grade and I still
do every so often.
